About

I was born in Chicago, grew up in Denver, and since college have spent most my time in Texas. Ever since I can remember, I loved drawing and making things. I pursued art at Colorado State University for a few years before trading the scenic mountain majesty of Colorado for the dusty flatland of Texas, to study graphic design at Baylor University in Waco. After graduating in 2006, I moved to Dallas to work as an in-house graphic designer for various corporate marketing departments. Here, I built my design experience and honed my branding skills. During this time, I also started a business called Expedition Souvenirs, creating premium mountain climbing souvenirs.

When I'm not agonizing over typeface choices, pantone swatches and bezier curves, I enjoy married life with the lovely Caitlin Noe,  playing guitar, climbing Colorado 14ers, reading about history, and the occasional spirited round of bar trivia. If you enjoy good jokes and bad movies, we should be friends.
